as much calories as possible without greasy stuff. with an avocado, banana and some deep frozen berries you can get a good day start

Instructions

Put in a blender the banana with the avocado and the frozen berries, add the sesame seeds and mix for couple of minutes. Drink right away, otherwise it will oxidize
