Waiting for test results

This is special. Let’s say the test time comes, you take it, and then you have to wait couple of days to get the result.

You know that if nothing is wrong, they mostly tell you what’s going on if you ask nicely the next day. But what if they cannot of if they will not give you any information? You sit and wait, and wait, and think of the worst…

Slowly, everything you do and think turns around the test results. What if it’s bad?

So you are a zombie for couple of days, and by the time the appointment approaches, you get really nuts.

I would say, for the sake of the patients, a procedure should be instated, that if the results are clear, you should be notified immediately. A phone call, a text message, an email, or anything.

Waiting in the dark is not an option.
